Lounge is Sauna's sister. It's a thicker yarn, not plied, just one thread. Where Sauna is 100% alpaca, Lounge is 100% Wool. As such it's a bit less soft than Sauna, but still very comfortable to wear. Lounge is easy to knit and crochet and very suitable for a warm hat or cardigan.
These guests of Fiber spa enjoyed a color treatment, varying from dark pink to light and dark purple, red and some bits of grey / black. Some skeins are a bit lighter, some darker, but they're all from the same dye lot. The color reminded us of fresh plums. If you don't order all skeins and specifically want one of the lighter or darker ones, just let us know with your order.

Payment can be done through PayPal, Credit Card or Etsy Giftcards. After payment, the fibers will travel to you as soon as possible, within one or two days. In case of a custom treatment, they will come to you as soon as they had their treatment, which may be up to two weeks.
Products in stock ship within 1-2 working days. Custom orders may take longer. This will be communicated to you upon requesting a custom order.
Shipping within the Netherlands is always free. Shipping outside of the Netherlands is free if the total order amount is 35 dollars or more. For some items shipping may be free even below that amount.

Products can always return to the Fiber Spa. But depending on the reason, return costs are either for you or for us.
One condition is that the fiber is unused and undamaged, but you can return it any time, even if it's been in your closet for a long time. When you return the fiber for personal reasons, we ask you to pay for the return cost. If you wish to return a fiber, please contact us first.
If you wish to return a fiber because you feel they did not get the proper treatment (wrong color, damaged on arrival etc.) you can return it and we will pay you for the return costs. Before you return it, please contact us.
In both cases we will communicate with you to see if you would like a refund or a different product.
Please note that in some cases we may decide that you get to keep the faulty product, as well as receive a refund or replacement. This may be the case when return costs are higher than the value of the item.

Yes. All fibers are treated with professional acid dyes. They will stay colourfast when washing or lying in the sun.
We do everything in our power to ensure fibers rinse clear after dying. Despite this, especially with certain colours you may find that your water is not clear when washing your project, sometimes due to the detergent that's used. This does not mean the yarn is losing color and it's highly unlikely the color will affect other items in the wash. Nevertheless we advise to wash products made with our yarns and fibers seperately by hand, or only with similar colors.
If the bleeding is especially bad, you may choose to rinse with a water / vinegar solution.
